Cancellation Policy

At Belcher Animal Hospital we value your time and commitment and strive to provide exceptional service for all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and to respect the time of our staff and other clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

  1. Booking Deposits:
    • For surgeries, Saturday appointments, and new clients, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
    • Surgery deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 72 hours of your scheduled surgery, credit will be applied for reschedules within 1 month.
    • Other Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
  2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
    • We kindly ask that you call if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    • If sufficient notice is provided, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment or refunded.
  3. No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
    • Failure to show up for your appointment or cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
    • For surgeries, the 72 hour notice applies.
