Introducing Dr. Lisa McNeil
Originally from New York City, Dr. McNeil has lived in the Tampa Bay Area for 20 years. Prior to obtaining her veterinary degree, she worked as a research technician at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and as a veterinary technician. After graduating from Tuskegee School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. McNeil completed a small animal rotating internship at University of Tennessee. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her dog and cat, kayaking, and leather craft.
Introducing Dr. William Miller
We are excited to welcome Dr. William Miller to Belcher Animal Hospital. Bringing decades of traditional care experience and certified holistic medicine. Holistic medicine is an approach in which the patient is treated as a whole entity rather than a collection of organs and parts. The patient is treated as an individual rather than a diagnosis, and treatment is determined by the way the individual is responding to illness.
Dr. Miller is certified in acupuncture and herbal therapy and is the best source of information on what conventional and alternative treatments will combine well and which ones should not be used together.
Greetings From
Dr. Jamie Arredondo
Hi, I am Doctor Jamie Arredondo and I am the new owner of Belcher Animal Hospital. I am tremendously excited to meet everyone. I am a Chicago area native and have been living in the St. Petersburg area for the last 8 years.
I had the wonderful opportunity to attend St. George’s School of Veterinary Medicine on the island of Grenada. I then completed my clinical year at NC State College of veterinary medicine and graduated Magna cum Laude in 2015.
I have an interest in working with all animals excluding poisonous creatures. I welcome seeing your dogs, cats, small farm animals and exotics pets.
I am focused on partnering with you in your pets care. I find it extremely important to thoroughly discuss preventative care recommendations as well as disease processes and test results.
I have a small zoo of my own consisting of dogs, cats, red footed tortoises, ducks and aquatic pets. I spend my free time being a mom to 3 young children and trying with my husband to entertain them.
